Korea's only maritime arbitral institute, launched as a body in exclusive charge of maritime arbitration of the APMAC(Asia-Pacific Maritime Arbitration Center). Based on the APMAC Maritime Arbitration Rules, the Center has prevented disputes arising from maritime transactions in advance and promptly and impartially resolved disputes through arbitration, thereby helping to foster the sound and bright commercial transaction climate and contributing to the growth of national industrial economy.
